Who is Community Veterinary Partners?

As a Nashville editorial photographer, I learned about Community Veterinary Partners (CVP) when they contacted me. CVP was traveling to Nashville, TN and wanted their event documented. CVP is a management corporation that consists of over 3,000 unique veterinary care providers, practice owners, managers, and professionals. They all operate with one common goal and that is to provide CVP veterinary hospital teams with the support they need. CVP wants their facilities to have the very best veterinary professionals possible. They provide extraordinary care for its members and pets.

Community Veterinary Partners consists of more than one hundred and forty animal practices, emergency hospitals, and specialty clinics across the country. CVP is a growing community of veterinary hospitals who have an established legacy of compassionate care.

By being their Nashville editorial photographer, I learned about CVP mentorship programs and CVP mentors. Their mentors guide the pathway of careers in veterinary care and the various careers that are available in veterinary medicine. A comprehensive mentorship program was developed at CVP. The mentorship is designed to foster relationships that are genuine, long-lasting, and well-rounded.

I listened to guest speaker, George Vellios, a managing partner with Straxo. Straxo is a premier consulting firm specializing in corporate training and organizational effectiveness. George had all the attendees brainstorming on team building exercises. I watched as relationships were formed while walls came down.

CVP allows their veterinary hospitals to have great benefits and work with flexibility, while also having guidelines and standards. CVP hospitals allow their practices to retain a lot of individuality and doctors are able to practice the medicine they know and can tailor it to their clients.
